Thank you to all who responded with their availability for this coming Sunday’s festival at Southend.
The squad selected to play are listed below. For those not selected training will be going ahead as usual at King Georges Playing Fields from 10.15 for 10.30.

Please ensure you arrive at Southend no later than 10:00 and report to me on arrival.
We experienced long delays getting Upminster last weekend, so allow extra time, or get there even earlier – you can help me put the tent up.
If you are running late or are unable to attend for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible.

This will be a long day depending on our progression and could go on until 3pm so please make sure you have enough drinks, snacks etc.
If it’s cold / wet, dress your child appropriately, include something warm to wear between games. Bring warm dry clothes for after.

Parking;
No parking in the ground, they have a small club car park, parking restrictions on Sumpters Way have been lifted, please park legally ie not on verges or road corners. Or two wheels on pavement. Car sharing and dropping off then parking is advised. You can also travel by train to Southend Airport and enter the club via the back bridge.(take care re path and road).
